Privacy policy
This page matches the scripts on the site as of 2 Nov 2026. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load by default on a first visit; Reject turns them off and is remembered for 180 days.
What loads, and when
On a first visit, with no stored choice, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra are requested by the page loaders. Google Consent Mode starts with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied and analytics_storage granted before any config call; ads_data_redaction is enabled. The separate advertising and recording loaders stay on until Reject, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track turns them off. The banner is shown on the first visit and explains both choices.
The tags are created by this site's own loader after the consent record is read. No vendor script tag is written into the initial HTML, so a Reject or GPC visit never requests the advertising or recording hosts.
| Party | Purpose | When it loads |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com; measurement ID G-6PZ1YNPLFP) | Counts page views and events, measures traffic sources | Default on; off after Reject, GPC or DNT |
| Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms and its script/collection subdomains; project z7b4bnid2x) | Heatmaps and session recordings, with form fields masked | Default on; off after Reject, GPC or DNT |
| Adsterra (bicea.org; publisher 3403020; Native Banner unit 32052154, Social Bar unit 32052155) | Serves display ads, caps frequency and measures impressions | Default on; off after Reject, GPC or DNT |
| YouTube (youtube.com) | Plays a creator video you asked for | Only after you press play |
| This site | Pages, images, and the consent record | Every visit |
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not set its own cookies. rdp_consent and rdp_social_closed are localStorage keys, readable only by this origin. Clearing site data removes them, and the banner will appear again on the next visit.
Vendor cookies are set only when the vendor loader runs. After Reject the three vendor loaders are not created, so no new Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity or Adsterra cookie is written on that visit.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| rdp_consent | This site (localStorage) | Your accept or reject choice and its expiry | 180 days |
| rdp_social_closed | This site (localStorage) | Keeps the floating Adsterra bar closed after you dismiss it | 180 days |
| _ga, _ga_<container> | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors and stores analytics session information | Up to 2 years |
| _clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Visitor id and session id for heatmaps and recordings | Up to 1 year (_clck), 1 day (_clsk) |
| Advertising and anti-bot cookies, where set by Adsterra or its delivery partners | Adsterra and Cloudflare | Frequency capping, impression counting, bot and fraud checks | Varies by cookie; see the vendor policy |
| YouTube cookies | YouTube | Playback, preferences and security after you start a video | Set only after play; per Google |
Default on, and how to turn it off
With no stored record, the loader loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra immediately and writes an accept record so the same choice applies on later pages. The banner still appears and keeps both buttons. This is a default-on design, not a gate: nothing waits for an Accept click.
Reject writes a reject record for 180 days, sends a denied consent update to Google, withdraws Clarity consent and reloads the page to stop vendor execution. The reloaded page excludes all three vendor loaders. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as Reject. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner so either button can be used again; Accept after a Reject reloads once to restore the default-on tags.
Legal basis and retention
The site serves public guides and stores your privacy choice for 180 days. The default-on vendor behavior is described above; an automatic default is not an affirmative consent action. Vendor retention depends on their settings and published policies, linked below. Contact us about a data request or the basis for processing your information. We do not sell personal data.
Server logs may exist at the host for security. Mail you send to [email protected] is kept long enough to answer and to fix the page, then deleted from the working mailbox.
Personalized advertising and opt-outs
Adsterra may choose ads from the page context and from cookies. It does not receive your name or email from this site. You can limit personalized advertising with Google Ads Settings, Your Online Choices, the NAI opt-out and the DAA opt-out. These are industry tools; they do not remove ads, only some personalization.
Adsterra's own privacy policy explains its role as an advertising partner and its retention. Google's and Microsoft's policies cover the analytics and recording data they receive.
YouTube and outbound links
A video thumbnail is a local image with a play button. When you press play, the page creates a youtube.com frame and YouTube may set cookies or receive your IP address and playback request. That click is a playback choice, not an analytics or advertising consent gate. Store links to Roblox, Steam, Google Play, the App Store and Miniplay are ordinary outbound links; those sites set their own cookies after you leave.
Your rights and contact
You can ask for a description of the data we hold, a correction, or deletion of any email you sent us. Those requests go to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and the summary on the home page points at the same day.
Questions people actually ask
Do ads and analytics load before I click anything?
Yes. On a first visit, with no stored choice, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load with the page. The banner tells you so and keeps both buttons. Reject turns those tags off and is remembered for 180 days.
What is rdp_consent?
A browser storage record with your choice (accept or reject) and an expiry 180 days ahead. It is read by the page loader so a Reject keeps working on later visits. It is not sent to an ad network.
What does Reject stop?
It saves Reject for 180 days and reloads the page to stop already running vendor scripts. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra are then omitted on this and later pages. Pages and images still load.
What is rdp_social_closed?
A localStorage record written when you close the floating Adsterra Social Bar. It keeps the bar closed for 180 days instead of only until the next refresh.
Does YouTube load immediately?
No YouTube frame is requested until you press play on a video. The player then uses the youtube-nocookie host. That click is a playback choice, not an analytics or advertising consent gate.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner. Accept restores the default-on tags and Reject turns them off again; either choice replaces the stored record.
