Ragdoll Physics Engines
Players say engine when they mean three different things: a licensed animation middleware, a general physics library, or a mod that embeds one of those libraries. This page keeps them apart.
What each name is for
Euphoria is NaturalMotion's behavior middleware. It is not a download. Havok is a physics library used by many shipped games, including Source-based ragdolls in Garry's Mod. PhysX is NVIDIA's library and shows up as a general solver, not as a ragdoll brand. Bullet is the open-source library inside the madleg San Andreas mod. Rapier is a Rust physics library that developers use when they build an active ragdoll themselves.
If a video says Euphoria mod for GTA San Andreas, open the Bullet page before you install anything. The file is Bullet plus CLEO, not a Rockstar middleware leak.

Questions people actually ask
Which engine looks the most realistic?
Euphoria is the name attached to the Rockstar falls people call realistic. That is a content call, not a benchmark I ran.
